I need a website ranking report system in which there is an admin area (login and password) where I can manage/create client profiles/websites. I will create a profile for a client inputting client's contact information, domain name and keywords.
• Admin
o Admin can create client profiles with contact information, domain name and keywords
o Admin can generate website ranking reports in search engines Google, Yahoo and MSN (see attachment) for the keywords inputted in the profile
o Admin can create 1 or more users to access the ranking reports (per client)
 Email and password will be needed to create a user for a particular client account
 After admin creates user for a particular client account an email will be sent automatically to user with login information
o Admin can view or edit client profiles
o Admin can enter up to 50 keywords in client profiles
o Admin can run ranking reports at any given time
o Admin can export ranking report to Microsoft excel
• Ranking Reports
o Ranking reports will be displayed in a matrix format with the search engines across the top and the keywords on the left side (see attachment)
o Reports will be automatically saved so old ranking reports can be viewed at any time (Ranking Report History)
o Reports will display date and time it was run
o Every time a ranking report is run an email will be sent to email entered into the client profile information
o Reports will run automatically every 7 days for all clients
• Clients
o Client can access with an email and password their accounts
o Client can view current and past ranking reports
o Client can export reports to excel
